Admissions & student lifecycle

Capture an enquiry online and carry that record to the final marksheet.

An enquiry taken online or at the front desk becomes a registration, an admission, a roll number and eventually a transfer certificate — one record the whole way, with promotion between years handled inside it rather than by re-entering everybody.

Modules covered

  • Enquiry

Every one is a module in the running product, not a planned one.

What is in it

Every screen this pillar ships with

Not a roadmap. Each line below is a screen that exists in the product today, taken from the module inventory rather than written for this page.

Getting a student on the roll

  • Online registration and admission
  • Roll numbers, promotion, transfer requests
  • Documents and qualifications

The record while they are with you

  • Attendance and health records
  • Caste, category and religion, for the returns you have to file
  • Documents verified or rejected with a comment
  • Leave requests and leave categories
  • Guardians, siblings and edit requests

Logins of their own

  • Student and guardian logins
  • Edit requests raised rather than queued at a window

Twenty-five modules behind one login admissions, academics, attendance, exams, fees, hostel, transport, library, inventory and HR. An enquiry taken at the front desk becomes a registration, an admission, a roll number and eventually a transfer certificate, without anyone retyping it.

Both. A program is set up as K12, diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate or research, and everything downstream follows the shape you pick a school runs classes, divisions and daily attendance, a college runs branches, batches and semester-wise assessment feeding GPA and CGPA. It is the same platform underneath, not a different product.

Yours. The app name, the logo, the address and the meta a search engine reads are all your institute's, set in the system's own configuration. Staff and parents sign in to your institute rather than to a vendor's brand so if you have seen the product demonstrated on another campus, the name on that screen was theirs, not the product's.

Yes, through your own gateway BillDesk, ICICI, SBI and Payphi are all running on live tenants, alongside cash, cheque and DD for the payments that still come in at the counter. Fee structures, installments and concessions are set up once, and when a parent pays, the receipt and the ledger update themselves. Nobody reconciles a bank statement by hand at the end of the month.

Every designation carries its own permissions, so a class teacher, an accountant and a principal each see what their role needs and nothing beyond it. An activity log records who changed what, which matters the first time a mark or a receipt is disputed.

Yes. Several institutes sit under one trust as separate teams, each with its own data and its own people. An academic-year switcher in the header means last year's records stay a click away rather than being archived off somewhere.

Yes students and guardians each get a login of their own, separate from staff accounts. Leave requests, edit requests and guardian details go through those rather than through a queue at the office window.

That depends on the institute how many students, how many programs, which modules you switch on so there is no list price worth quoting here. What we can do is show you the finance side working on your own numbers: fee groups, structures, installments, concessions, refunds and ledgers.
